If you received the wrong product or missing any products please contact our customer service within 24 hours after receiving the merchandise. Please do not unseal or manhandle the product, Product must be returned the exact way it was received as unsealed or manhandled products are not eligible for returns and we will not accept them.
Once an order is placed, we can not cancel, adjust or apply any discount code to it. Please be sure to double-check your order before making your purchase.
Federal law states you cannot return skin care products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to this strict policy regarding federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns.
If the package gets returned or refused a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted minus the shipping cost.
Please keep records of your return tracking number. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost and/or stolen packages.

TEXTURE DISCLAIMER – Due to the distinct nature of the product, two hand-made products are never the same, However, they can still serve the same purpose. This means that we cannot guarantee that all products will look the same even though they can serve the same purpose.
COLOR DISCLAIMER – Since some of our products are custom made and also not factory made such as Velvety facial repair, Snow White, Pure White, Egyptian milk e.t.c We cannot guarantee that products will have the same color or smell being that we have the different mix, but product will surely serve the same purpose. We recommend you notify us immediately, should you have any further queries, for clarification’s sake.
THE USE OF MULTI-BRANDS DISCLAIMER – We do not recommend mixing our product with other brands, as we will not be held responsible should any skin complications arise.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER GOING TO AN ADDRESS THAT’S NOT LISTED ON THE INVOICE. Any orders over $300 will require identification to prove that the card/account owner made the order. Any fraudulent or potentially fraudulent orders will be canceled immediately and reported.
To ensure speedy delivery, we process orders daily, so they cannot be altered or changed once your payment is verified and completed.

- When the product has been tampered with
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
